Company B
A company with between 70 and 90 staff currently employing a junior HR/Payroll
admin person who is frequently being called upon to answer queries and deal
with matters beyond his/her knowledge base. You may require;
• The HR Audit
• The template policies, contracts of employment and all employee documentation
• 2 days per month on site support (managing recruitment campaigns, advising on
employee relations matters, providing guidance and advice to the HR/Payroll
employee
• Ongoing remote email support throughout the working week
