Whatever the size of your organisation you are still required to comply with the
same UK employment legislation. In practice this means an employer with only 5
staff will require the same amount of employment policies and employee
documentation as the employer with 500 staff; from discipline and grievance
policies to data protection and maternity leave.
These are the types of services we offer to ensure you can comply with current
legislation and ensure you get the best from your staff;
• A full HR audit of your current HR policies and practices for a one off fee – a detailed report provided with recommended actions in ‘plain english’
• A template set of policies and employee documentation tailored to the needs of
your organisation; including job descriptions, person specifications and
contracts of employment reviewed and amended as necessary.
• A dedicated HR specialist offering you a full HR and Employment Law support and
advisory service throughout the working week
– this might be on an onsite basis or purely remotely by telephone or email
depending on your requirements.
We do not provide ‘off the shelf’ packages as the needs of every organisation are too diverse. But here are a
couple of examples to give you an idea of how a partnership with the HR
business might work in practice;
A small company with between 9 and 20 staff and no HR function.
A company with between 70 and 90 staff currently employing a junior HR/Payroll
admin person who is frequently being called upon to answer queries and deal
